The cost of our service will vary depending on how much food you order. You can choose 100% of your calories to come from Macroband, 75%, 50%, or 25% on any given day. We also price our dishes at the market rate, so things will vary a bit week-to-week and some proteins, such as steak, will cost more than others, such as chicken.

Tracking macros isn’t for everyone and we totally get that. If you are looking for convenient, nutritious, and delicious food, we also have our Boxed Lunches option. Don’t be fooled, this is much more than just lunches! The menu is the same you see on our Tailored Macros meal plan. It includes dishes that meet a variety of caloric and macronutrient profiles. The only difference is these are portioned with overall dish composition in mind rather than meeting unique macro nutritional goals. Each dish is clearly labeled with the calories and the macros, so you know exactly what you eating in each dish. Boxed Lunches can be delivered or picked up most days of the week. We just ask that you give us about 3 business days to source and prepare your meal. Check out our Boxed Lunches site here: CLICK HERE
You can choose to have Macroband provide 100% of your daily calories, 75%, 50%, or 25%. This number can vary by day, so for example you might choose 100% on Monday and Tuesday, but 50% on Wednesday, 25% on Saturday, etc. This might be a little different than how you are accustomed to thinking about meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Because we base our meals around total calories and macros, we think in terms of percentages rather than number of meals. This allows for easy tracking if you are closely watching your calorie and macro intake. For new customers, we recommend starting with 50% – 75% of your daily calories. Part of the reason for this, is that new customers are often surprised by how much food they receive. When you eat clean, you get to eat more. The amount of food can be a bit overwhelming at first, so it’s ok to start small. If you want to go to “Mythical Proportions” right away, be our guest! You can always change your mind on future orders.
We know that variety is one of the most important factors in helping you stick with a meal plan. Chef Ashley and the rest of the macroband team are committed to bringing you a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes to keep your palette happy. We typically rotate in 2 – 4 new dishes to our menu each week, so there is always something new to try. When you complete your order form, you just let us know any menu items that do not want to receive. you can also request 1 or 2 dishes that sound especially delicious and we will do our best ensure you are getting what you most want to eat. We also portion your meals on an alternating schedule to ensure you aren’t eating the same dish 2 days in a row. We welcome feedback about our dishes as well as requests for new types of meals that we can incorporate into the menu.
